NHL launches new TR100C

Compared with the traditional on-board air conditioner, a single truck can save 20,000L of fuel consumption and 100,000RMB of operation cost per year.

The new version of TR100C uses the latest design cab, which allows the driver to get familiar with the operation more quickly. The new LCD gauges and 7 inch LCD screen are well placed and integrate all the entire vehicle operation data, control and guidance information, as well as applications such as NHL. The advanced cab pressurization system maintains a positive pressure difference between the cab and the outside world for a long time, reducing dust inhalation by 80%. The new magnetorheological damping air suspension seat upgrades the traditional passive damping of the seat to a variable semi-active damping form, which fully absorbs the impact and vibration from the road and greatly improves the driver's driving experience.

The new version of TR100C also provides the most advanced networking function. By injecting digital and intelligent technology into the mining vehicles, it realizes vehicle networking and realizes vehicle management informatization, remoteness and dynamization. It enables users to grasp vehicle information, vehicle working position and running trajectory, fault indication, running time, hauling volume and other information in real time, which effectively improves mine management capability.

The pre-installed fully integrated driverless automatic transportation system can increase truck productivity by more than 20%. More than 200 NHL automated trucks have been put into use and have safely transported more than 2 billion tons of materials. According to data statistics from various mines, fuel efficiency has increased by 11% and tire life has been extended by 35% compared to traditional manned mining vehicles. Some of the mining vehicles have already achieved continuous driverless operation operation.
