       When the battery is fully charged, a shooting battery experiment is carried out at normal temperature and pressure.

——Experimental results

       —The battery started to smoke, and the temperature near the battery core was 15.2°C when it was penetrated by a bullet. 

          There was no fire or explosion.

       —The battery structure (above the bullet-pierced part and in other places) is intact, with no obvious deformation.

       —The battery case is not charged.

       —The battery cell was damaged by the bullet, and the voltage gradually dropped to 0V, and no heat spread occurred.

       —The internal fixed structure and pole of the battery are well connected.

2. Solid State Battery-LFP System


Battery Application Scenario

In 2022,  start solid-state battery research and development.

October 2023, start solid-state battery and develpoment has been successful. The electrolyte solidficaton rate has reached 100%, that is, liquid calue(0wt%)

In March 2024, realize the production of solid-state battery concept samples and small samples.

In July 2024, realizing mass production of soild-state batteries.
